Element Hotel Basalt
Located on the middle of Willits Town Center, the Element Hotel is a limited service hotel with pool and event amenities in addition to some retail space at the pedestrian level. The 113 guest room hotel is a 4-story wood framed building with innovative materials and green building initiatives; gaining the project LEED certification. Room configurations vary from studio layouts to 1-bedroom suites. The building concept lends itself well to be able to adapt towards hosting multiple events and engage the surrounding community. OPI collaborated on the project with local design architects, Lipkin Warner to ensure the hotel fit seamlessly into the vibrant and active pedestrian center that Willits has created.
