Project Description:

One Ski Hill Place is situated ar the base of Peak 8 at Breckenrdige Ski Resort, one of the largest ski resort base redevelopments in the US in the last 30 years. Just steps away from the Breck-Connect Godola and the ski slopes, OSHP is a building with multiple purposes. The lower floors consist of many amenities that a skier, owner and guest of the building would expect from a "Rock Resort: branded building. Some of these amenitis will be a food court and bar that is slope side, an aquatics center with fitness room, two lane bowling alley, game room, two media rooms and a conference center with meeting rooms and a business center

The upper levels of the building contain 88 luxury residential units consisting of studis all the way up to 4 bedroom units. The owners of these units will have access to heated underground parking as well as a private ski lounge and locker room.

The design materials on the exterior of the building comprise of a stone base, wood siding and cement board at higher levels, heavy timber trusses and a skylight system above and around the aquatics area.

One Ski Hill Place achieved a "Green Globe" rating for its design and construction.
